All images contained on this site are protected by Swiss, international and intergalactic copyright law. You may not use these materials for any commercial or non-commercial purpose whatsoever without prior written consent and the author’s signature in blue ink on yellow paper.

However, there is an exception: photos taken during Karate tournaments may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes without prior consent by the author. If you do so, please remember, that during a tournament it is not possible for the photographer to obtain the consent of all depicted people. If you plan to publish a photo showing clearly recognisable people, you ought to seek permission by the represented persons. Although you may use tournament photos for your purposes, you may not - under no circumstances - crop, edit or alter the photos in any way.  And please, don't forget to credit the author if you're using the photos.

As mentioned, it is not always possible to obtain the consent of all depicted people on the photos. Should anybody feel disturbed by his or her photo on this site, it will be erased immediately, as soon as a message is sent to the author. Even at night.

And, last but not least, all liability is excluded in respect of any loss or damage, which may arise in connection with the use of or reliance upon any materials and information appearing on this web site.
